From Hove, Actually

From Hove, Actually

Whereas agreeing that one comes from Brighton when asked in London, for instance, when asked the same question in Brighton itself, a more accurate answer is called for. Hence this cliché is used by almost every resident of Brighton's 'posher' other half. Note the distinguishing dark green railings, the cleaner air, the lack of litter and the lack of anything to do except admire the architecture and sea while sitting in a colour co-ordinated corporation deckchair.
